Cyndi has always seemed adventurous in her music, personality and sense of style. She rocked some gorgeous black leather opera gloves at the Grammy Awards a few years ago. And her poses show off the gloves perfectly.

Cyndi recently made another splash with her Tony Award win for "Kinky Boots!"

A $3,000 leather turtleneck on eBay

Staying with the previous theme of leather turtlenecks, I was curious to see what was available on eBay.

This stunning Balmain black leather turtleneck top is listed for $2,995.  The gold zippered back and sleeves are a nice touch. 

Too bad it's way out of my price range, as it's my size, a US 12!

Calvin Klein black leather turtleneck top

Although I'm not sure how practical it is, I think this black leather version of a turtleneck top by Calvin Klein is pretty cool.  It's currently part of the Summer Leather grouping at luxury consignment site therealreal.com.  Never mind that "turtleneck" and "summer" and "leather" are pretty much contradictory, this would look great paired with a tweed skirt and boots!

A $60,000 leather jacket?

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of leather jackets.  In fact, I probably have close to ten in my personal collection right now.  And that's not counting long leather coats and trenches!

However, this listing on luxury consignment website therealreal.com really caught my attention.  This Chrome Hearts black leather jacket made of crocodile leather is priced at just under $12,000.  Sorry, those occasional 20-25% off coupons offered don't apply to this item.  Never mind the current price, the original retail price of this jacket was $60,000?!

Do yourself a favor, and if you really have to have a Chrome Hearts leather jacket, there are a couple of similar ones listed on eBay right now.  They're practically deals at $5,000!

Kerry Washington in long leather gloves at the Met Gala

This week it was a Marc Jacobs red leather dress at the ABC Upfronts, but I've just found out that last week, Kerry Washington sported long black leather gloves at the Met Gala.  A totally different, but still very sexy leather look!  They're the perfect accessory for her Vera Wang dress.

Kudos to "Scandal" actress Kerry Washington for rocking a red hot Marc Jacobs leather dress at the ABC Upfronts this week.  This daring look is a nice change from the conservative outfits her "Scandal" character wears, although she is known for regularly sporting long leather gloves on the show.

Skinny jeans and OTK boots featured in a local magazine

The current issue of one of our local magazines did a fashion feature on denim and featured this great pic of skinny jeans tucked into over-the-knee boots. 

I especially like how the boots have sexy heels, but practical stacked heels that should be easier to walk in than spiky heels.  I just wish they would have mentioned the brand name / model of the boots as I'd be curious to track down and price this style.
